After a long professional career in technology, I’ve switched gears somewhat and now occasionally have time to focus on my creative projects. This site is the place where I gather the work products from those efforts into a single place.
Most of what I make actually lives somewhere else — the music is on the streaming services, the videos are on YouTube, the writing is here on the blog, and links to the special projects (like my daily Congressional Floor Summary) are found here too. But this is the jumping-off point from which a person can see the whole picture and follow whichever thread they find of interest.

In case you were wondering, I thought it might be worth calling out that the creative work here is mine. The music and words come from me, not from AI. Writing the words and creating the music is the fun part. I have no interest in outsourcing that to AI or anyone else.
In my creative efforts, I use many types of software, AI included, in many different ways including, for instance, organizing and building this very site. These are tools that help build the scaffolding around the work and ultimately relieve me of the tedious parts. It provides me with more time for the creative fun which is, after all, the whole point.
That being said, there are entries under Projects that are the work products of experiments in working with AI. In these special cases AI is often directly involved in the content creation, but this is clearly called out.
